- Intended parents must comply with all applicable laws and provide necessary
documentation.

2. Services Provided:
- Matching surrogates with intended parents.
- Legal coordination, medical liaison, and full journey management.
- Postpartum mentorship and emotional support.

3. Payment & Fees:
- All payments between intended parents and surrogates are handled securely.
- Huitzilin provides transparent cost breakdowns and does not assume liability for disputes
between parties.

4. Limitations of Liability:
- Huitzilin facilitates surrogacy journeys but does not provide medical or legal advice.
- All participants are encouraged to seek independent legal counsel.

5. Governing Law:
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California and the State
of Michigan.

6. Communications & Consent
End users may opt in to receive communications from Surrogacy by Huitzilin by visiting https://www.surrogacybyhuitzilin.com/ and voluntarily submitting their contact information.
